Middlesbrough Middlehaven

Following their £200 million commitment of private investment, detailed planning consent has been granted to developers BioRegional Quintain for the first of fifteen futuristic buildings. Designed by Will Alsop and FAT Architects, the two buildings launch the RiversideOne development and between them feature 150 apartments and 13,000 sq ft of ground floor office space.

Terrace Hill's high specification office development, Manhattan Gate, is well underway. Hudson Quay 1 is now home to the Crown Prosecution Service while work recently started on Hudson Quay 2, which has been fully pre-let to Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust. A further three office blocks will be built, all sitting alongside Middlesbrough Football Club's Riverside Stadium.

The fully branded Middlehaven Mover now provides public transport between Middlesbrough town centre and the development and will provide invaluable to the staff and future students of Middlesbrough College. The £70 million college destined to turn heads and fill minds is open now.

Middlehaven is also becoming a proud home of an international art project. Click here for more detail
